Shenanigans Farm came to Jane & Co Creative looking for a clearer way to communicate their programs, organize their operations, and give families an easier experience from the moment they inquire to the moment they walk into the barn.
We built a completely updated website that reflects who they are as a farm—warm, structured, and family-focused. Their new site now breaks down lesson memberships, camps, events, holiday programs, and leasing opportunities in a way that feels simple and easy to understand. We also created custom forms, workflows, and systems that organize student information, intake communication, scheduling, and event signups so the team can spend less time chasing details and more time with their riders.
Our support didn’t stop at launch. We continue to partner with Shenanigans Farm each month through operations consulting, social media content, admin support, and behind-the-scenes systems work. This includes managing event promotion, helping streamline new programs, building internal documents and SOPs, and improving the flow between inquiries, scheduling, and lesson promotion.
Shenanigans Farm now has a stronger online presence, clearer communication, and day-to-day systems that make running a busy riding school easier for the whole team.
